Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, all deposits are non refundable or transferable, we require 48 hours notice if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
Do you accept walk ins, same day appointments?
Yes — we offer walk-ins and same-day tattoo appointments depending on artist availability.
To secure a specific artist or time, we recommend booking ahead, but we’re always happy to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible.
Can I swim/go to the beach after I get my tattoo?
No. We recommend allowing your tattoo to fully heal before swimming, soaking, or exposing it to prolonged sun.
In general, we recommend waiting at least 2–4 weeks before swimming or spending extended time in the sun, depending on the size and placement of your tattoo.
Proper aftercare is essential to protecting the tattoo and ensuring your tattoo looks its best for years to come.
Can I use numbing cream?
If you are considering using numbing cream, please advise your artist beforehand.
Numbing creams can affect the tattooing process. For this reason, we ask that you do not apply any numbing cream without discussing it with your artist first. Every artist works differently, and certain placements, styles, and techniques are more sensitive to changes in the skin.
If numbing is appropriate for your appointment, we recommend Crybaby Numbing Cream, as we have found it to be one of the more reliable options when used.
I’m 17 years old, can i get a tattoo with my parents consent?
No. It is against Queensland law to tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Current photo identification is required for all tattoo appointments.
